State of the Score: March 2016

It’s been a little over a month since Skip To The Score was revived, and I have to say it’s been quite fun so far.  In the last month there have been a lot of changes; a new site design, and amazon ads being the biggest ones.  This update article we’ll be doing monthly will let you know what’s going on with the site, and things you can look forward to in the coming month.

At the time being, the site is staffed only by myself, and Peter (of Deadpool Review fame) and a few of you may have noticed the new “Contribute” tab on the homepage. We’re looking readers to contribute content to the site.  If you’re interested in writing an article or review for the site, shoot an email to justin.skiptothescore@gmail.com and we’ll work out the details.

Currently we don’t have a lot of reviews on the site, and we’re hoping to change that.  We’re bounded by what we can afford to buy and review, so we unfortunately can’t review everything that comes out.  Gaming releases will pick up soon, so you can look forward to some more reviews in the next few months.  We’re also going to try and cover GDC 2016 to the best of our abilities.

Is anyone interested in a Skip To The Score podcast?  Because we are.  We’re hoping to have a podcast of our very own in existence in the coming months.  It’ll be a slow process because we know next to nothing about podcasting, but the idea seems pretty exciting.  More on this to come later.

That’s what’s on tap for the month of March.  If you want to help us keep the lights on, give an ad a click, or do your amazon shopping through our links, we’d really appreciate it.  That’s all folks, if you have questions for us leave them in the comments below, and we’ll be sure to get back to you.

Justin should probably be in class right now. @JerstinRob

If there isn’t a skip to the score podcast by tomorrow I’ll literally die of old age…. I might just die of old age anyways, I’m hella old.
