State Of The Score: September 2016

School year ahoy!  Yes it is that time of the year and it is that time of the month, time for the State Of The Score!  There’s some great stuff coming up this month, so let’s get into it.

First of all, we’re back!  Peter, Jhustin, and Clinton are all back home!  You may have seen on our Twitter, but we had a hell of a roadtrip getting back home….  But we did it!  Just in time for the school year we’re really excited to get back into writing and making content for you guys.  Also, we’ll be able to start making regular episodes of Skip To The Show again!  That reminds me, Skip To The Show got a new sponsor!  Now you can get a 30-day trial of Audible and a free audiobook if you go to audibletrial.com/skipshow.  Be a lad and check it out!

September is a bit of a dead zone for movies, so we probably won’t be seeing much.  We’ll write something up for whatever we wander into the theater to see, which will probably be The Magnificent Seven, but no guarantees.  September is also a dead zone in gaming.  No real AAA releases are slated for the coming month, so there won’t be a ton of reviews.  We will have a review of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided as soon as I get to play it (hopefully soon).  We’ll have some great features going up this month to make up for the lack of reviews.

One of us will get around to watching Stranger Things this month and will have something to write about it, and wrestling is still a thing.  With WWE doing two monthly PPV’s from now on, there will be fucking plenty to watch.  I’ll review both monthly PPV’s if I have the time.

That about covers what we’ll be up to this month.  We’re going to need a bit to get back in the swing of things, but thanks for sticking around through the summer with us.  If you have any questions, leave them in the comments.

Cheers,

Justin
